What I did

Process:

  • Created social media content across different platform. (See more)
  • Wrote blogs and e-blasts to educate the public on conservation topics, utilizing SEO strategies to maximize reach.
  • Brainstormed and developed engaging blog topics to support Ontario Nature’s mission.
  • Edited, proofread, and contributed articles to ON Nature magazine, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for readers.
  • Crafted thoughtful, empathetic copy to navigate controversial issues and inspire constructive dialogue.

Results:

  • Achieved a 2.1% increase in Instagram followers over three months and strengthened audience interaction through strategic content creation.
  • Produced impactful content that elevated audience understanding of environmental conservation and supported Ontario Nature’s public engagement efforts.
  • Supported the promotion of Giving Tuesday 2023, which successfully raised over $60,000.
